since Sunday! It's not like I haven't been waking up early enough... Just lazy.
Monday night, I had to go in to work twice, once at 9pm and once at midnight for 1-2 hours each time. I used that as my excuse on Tuesday morning, even though I felt rested enough to run on Tuesday.
Wednesday morning, I used the excuse that I needed the extra rest from the night before, even though I woke up at 5am without the alarm.
Thursday morning, I woke up at 5am without the alarm and just decided to give myself a break.
Friday morning, I was exhausted and didn't want to make it worse the day before the race.
My 10K tomorrow morning is going to blow.
And, my ever-expanding ass is getting plenty of fuel to continue to expand.
In April, I was 7 lb away from my weight goal. As of my scale hop this morning, I am 23 lb away...
Trying to get back on track, even though I just don't feel like it.
