It's not easy at all! When I was most successful I planned my week out like I would as if I was home.<br /><br />(yes I plan my bed time and rise time)<br /><br />Set a schedule and stick to a bed time. <br /><br />I would do most of my work in the AM and go to bed at an early time.<br /><br />Up at 6. Workout and shower until 7:30. Id work until 8:30 in the room then get to the office by 9. I'd then go back to my room before dinner, work for an hour or so before dinner.
